It’s something I’ve been using religiously during meditation, Reiki sessions, or even when I need to drop into a heart-centered space. These frequencies shift me quickly into a deeper state, especially when paired with a fractal meditation from Gaia (yes, those exist, and they are gems!).

I talk a lot about how fractals help those of us with aphantasia (hi, fellow non-visualizers!) get the same benefits as sacred geometry meditation. For me, visualizing shapes doesn’t happen internally, but fractals—these repeating, natural patterns—give me that meditative, intuitive access visually, externally.
