This is a deeply intuitive, energetically-attuned session designed to reconnect you with your truth, your purpose, and your power.
What Happens in a Session:
Before we begin, I prepare myself through forest walking, water therapy, and grounding rituals. I attune to your energy field — and the energy of your ancestors — so I can channel exactly what you need in this moment of your journey.
Then, over the course of an hour, I move through your energy body using distance Reiki, gently working through each chakra to clear blockages, soothe emotional tension, and restore energetic balance.
Depending on what I’m guided to, I may incorporate tools like Tarot, Oracle cards, or intuitive dice. Messages and impressions come through as I work — sometimes from your spirit team, sometimes from your own higher self — always with the intention of helping you align with your soul’s purpose.
