Fascia, Aphantasia, and the Bridge to Higher Consciousness

What if the body’s connective tissue isn’t just physical — but also spiritual?

In this first entry of my fascia experiment, I explore how fascia, aphantasia, and consciousness might be intertwined. Through intuitive movement, sound, and touch, I experienced an unexpected vision — a deep green, geometric light emerging from darkness. I don’t know exactly what it means yet, but I feel it’s the beginning of understanding how the body sees beyond the mind.
